Nasal Spray analysis by MDRS on the Morphologi 4-ID

Demonstration video showing how the particle size distribution of the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) in a nasal spray can be measured directly in the formulation by Morphologically-Directed Raman Spectroscopy (MDRS) . This is used for characterising the API components separately from the excipient and is an important part of demonstrating In Vitro bioequivalence between a reference and generic products.
